Information for patients 

If you are receiving NHS dental treatment and you do not pay we will ask to see proof of benefit.

If you pay for your NHS treatment we will ask for any payments due on your first visit, even if your treatment is not completed that day, all treatment is paid for in advance.

 

The practice accepts cash or debit card. Credit card is only accepted for payments over £200. 

 

Our practice policy states that we require a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellations, any cancellations on the day or failing to attend for an appointment may result in no further appointment at the practice.

 

Please ensure you bring a list of your current medications to your first appointment and keep us updated of any changes to your medication.

 

If a patient is abusive or violent to any staff or persons present on the practice premises, treatment will be terminated and the police and/or NHS area team informed.
